In 2019, a team of construction veterans with decades of industry experience started Inno at its current headquarters location, 2465 FM 359 South, Brookshire, TX 77423. Inno built its own factory on 5 acres of land and established an R&D Team in 2021.

In 2021, Inno started a partnership factory near Charleston, SC, and has experienced exponential growth in the previous year by acquiring 10x accounts, including but not limited to developing 155-unit multifamily apartments in Houston, TX, and multiple residential properties in proximity to Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center, aka NASA.

In 2023, Inno Metal Studs' parent company, INNO HOLDINGS INC, successfully listed on NASDAQ. (Ticker symbol: INHD)
